Lu Yu is an Associate Professor at Peking University, specializing in visual communication, user experience design, and digital media aesthetics. Her work integrates artistic practice with media and communication studies, with a focus on visual culture, design methodology, and creative industries.
She has extensive experience in visual design and academic teaching, and has contributed to major institutional projects at Peking University, including the centennial celebration and key national exhibitions.

Academic Contributions
l 1996–1998 – Served as Art Director for the Preparatory Committee of Peking University’s Centennial Celebration, responsible for the design of the centennial celebration logo, commemorative stamps, sculptures, and promotional materials.
l April 2001 – Designed the exhibition for the “211 Project” Achievements Showcase at Peking University.
l October 2001 – Designed the official logo of the Peking University Forum.
l Six Hundred Classical Chinese Poems – Recipient of the 4th National Award for Excellence in Book Design (China).
l Poster Design – Awarded at the 1st Asia-Pacific Advertising Golden Statue Awards
l “Green Apple” Logo Design – Received the Excellence Award at the Hong Kong Computer Graphic Design Competition.
l Provided corporate identity design for organizations including Suzhou Industrial Park Yitong Property Management Co., Ltd., Beijing Great Wall Investment Company, and Red Apple Stationery Co., Ltd.
