Profile
Dehuan Liu is a Boya Distinguished Professor at Peking University, specializing in new media communication, consumer behavior, and data-driven media analysis.
He serves as Associate Dean of both the School of Journalism and Communication and the School of New Media, and directs the Center for Market and Media Research. His work focuses on mobile internet ecosystems and user behavior in China.
His monograph Theory of Age (《年龄论》) received the Third Prize of the Ministry of Education Award for Outstanding Achievements in Humanities and Social Sciences. He has been a Visiting Scholar at Harvard University.
